1. No Refunds After Order Completion

Once an order is successfully completed, no refunds are available under any circumstances.

2. Refund Eligibility


Refunds will only be issued in the following cases:

If your order is not started within 24 hours due to a system error.

If your order fails to complete, we will either complete the remaining balance or issue a partial or full refund based on the situation.

If a payment is made by mistake, a refund request can be submitted, but approval is at our discretion.

3. Account Balance & Withdrawals

Funds added to your account balance are non-refundable and can only be used for purchases within our platform.

Users cannot withdraw their account balance unless they provide a valid reason, which will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

4. Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or dispute without contacting our support will result in immediate account suspension.

If you have an issue with an order, please contact our 24/7 WhatsApp support, and we will resolve it as fairly as possible.

5. Gift Card Payments

If you add balance via a gift card code, the amount will be credited to your account.

Gift card payments are non-refundable, but the balance can be used for future orders.
