Orders are typically processed and started within 1 to 30 minutes after purchase.

We guarantee service stability for at least 30 days. If you experience a significant drop within this period, contact our support for replacements.

Our services do not guarantee a specific level of engagement (e.g., comments or conversions) beyond the followers, likes, and views provided.

3. Payment & Refund Policy

We accept payments via PayPal, Stripe invoicing, and gift card codes (provided with the email used for purchase).

No refunds will be issued once an order is completed. Orders in progress cannot be canceled or refunded.

If an order is not fully completed due to an error on our side, a partial or full refund will be issued at our discretion.

Chargebacks or payment disputes without prior communication will result in account suspension.

4. Account Balance & Withdrawals

Users can top up their account balance via PayPal, Stripe, or gift card codes.

Account balances cannot be withdrawn or transferred to another account.

If a user wishes to withdraw funds, they must provide a valid reason for review. Approval or denial is at our discretion.

All balances and payment details are stored securely and are only used for service-related purposes.

We are not responsible for any account suspension, bans, or penalties imposed by Instagram due to policy violations. Users should ensure they comply with Instagram’s terms of service.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.

If services are unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or third-party restrictions, we will do our best to resolve the situation but are not responsible for any losses.

Users must provide accurate order details when requesting support.

Abusive or disrespectful behavior towards our support team may result in account suspension.
